An AI receptionist for clinics and hospitals that answers every patient on WhatsApp in under 4 seconds, around the clock, in Arabic and English. It books, reschedules, cancels, and registers patients directly in the clinic's hospital information system (HIS), turns HIS events into confirmations, reminders, and arrival alerts, and gives the team one workspace with a shared inbox, tickets, campaigns, customer profiles, knowledge base, and analytics. Subul AI is an official Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. As CTO I lead the engineering: the AI agent, the WhatsApp Cloud API and HIS integrations, the team workspace, the landing page, and the cloud infrastructure, and I secured our official Meta Tech Provider status.

An AI-powered genomics platform that brings bioinformatics workflows, variant interpretation, and patient cohort data together in one place: automated and validated pipelines (Workflows), interactive Python & R analysis (Notebooks), variant interpretation following ACMG guidelines (VAIC), cohort discovery (Cohorts), and bioMind, an AI copilot built into every product. I built the AI engine behind workflow generation, the Nextflow pipeline orchestrator, the sandboxed Python & R execution engine, the literature search engine, and the GCP infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap from the first line of code to the first live clinics
  • Built the AI agent that handles bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and patient registration inside the HIS, in Arabic and English with configurable dialect and personality
  • Integrated the WhatsApp Business Platform through the Meta Cloud API, including coexistence with the WhatsApp app on the same number
  • Secured official Meta Tech Provider status for Subul AI, taking the company through the Meta review and onboarding
  • Designed the HIS integration layer that turns clinic events into confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and arrival alerts
  • Shipped the team workspace: shared inbox with human takeover, tickets, campaigns, customer profiles, knowledge base, and analytics
  • Built per-message model routing to keep AI cost low, plus encrypted messaging, role based access, and audit logs
  • Designed and built the bilingual subul.ai landing page with a live recreation of the workspace
