An AI receptionist for clinics and hospitals that answers every patient on WhatsApp in under 4 seconds, around the clock, in Arabic and English. It books, reschedules, cancels, and registers patients directly in the clinic's hospital information system (HIS), turns HIS events into confirmations, reminders, and arrival alerts, and gives staff one workspace with a shared inbox, tickets, campaigns, customer profiles, a knowledge base, and analytics. As CTO I lead the engineering, from the AI agent and the WhatsApp and HIS integrations to the workspace, landing page, and cloud infrastructure, and I took Subul AI through Meta’s review to become an official Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform.

An AI-powered genomics platform that brings bioinformatics workflows, variant interpretation, and patient cohort data together in one place: automated, validated pipelines (Workflows), interactive Python and R analysis (Notebooks), variant interpretation following ACMG guidelines (VAIC), cohort discovery (Cohorts), and bioMind, an AI copilot built into every product. I built the AI engine behind workflow generation, the Nextflow pipeline orchestrator, the sandboxed Python and R execution engine, the literature search engine, and the GCP infrastructure on Docker and Kubernetes, and I now lead the technical direction of the platform core as a Senior Software Engineer.

An invite-only learning platform I designed and built for my live six-week course, Python Coding with AI in Healthcare. Learners work through each week’s lessons, write Python in the browser on exercises auto-graded in a server-side sandbox, analyze realistic health datasets in hands-on labs, and watch encrypted, access-controlled video lessons, with course discussions and direct messages when they need help. Behind it sit an admin course builder, grading, and analytics; in front of it, a bilingual Arabic and English landing page with the course application form.

A space sandbox in the browser, built on real gravity, general relativity, and NASA data. Land anywhere on Earth, the Moon, or Mars with NASA elevation and imagery, fly out of the Milky Way in one continuous universe with no loading screens, and fall into a black hole where every pixel is traced through curved spacetime. Nothing is scripted: a WebAssembly physics core computes every orbit and is checked against reality, from Mercury’s relativistic perihelion shift to NASA JPL positions. A built-in lab plots orbital elements and exports CSV or JSON, time can be rewound and replayed, and the whole interface works in Arabic and English. Rendered with three.js on WebGPU, with a WebGL 2 fallback.
